Contact: contact form or support@thinqbase.com.
Contact form: client type, name, email, phone, address, organisation, role and the content of your request.
Customer account and Marketplace: identification and contact details, billing and shipping address, company name, UID and VAT numbers, subscription and order history.
Browsing: technical data required for operation (server logs, language and theme preferences stored locally in your browser).
To answer your requests, manage your account, deliver subscriptions and shipments, invoice, keep the site secure and meet our legal obligations.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Thinqbase never stores card data. Stripe processes your data under its own privacy policy.
We use hosting, database, email and payment providers. Some may process data outside Switzerland, notably in the EU or the US, with appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses or equivalent).
We use AI models (Claude, by Anthropic) to help process emails received at collections@thinqbase.com and support@thinqbase.com, as well as support requests from our products. The AI understands the request and prepares a draft reply. Nothing is sent without the approval of Thinqbase's managing director, who reviews, edits or rejects every draft.
Before anything is sent to the AI, email addresses, phone numbers and IBANs are masked. Only the text of the message is transmitted; attachments are not, except for screenshots attached to Compass and ClubManager support requests. Revizor images and scans of homework are never sent to the AI.
The AI does not read amounts, dates, IBANs or references: this data is extracted by code. It never sends an email on its own, does not refund, does not invoice and does not change any account. No fully automated decision with legal effects on you or significantly affecting you is made: every action is approved by a human.
This processing may take place outside Switzerland, notably in the United States (see "Processors and transfers"). Any new use of AI will be added here before it goes live. To exercise your rights, see "Your rights".
If you hold a professional role, we may contact you in a professional capacity, by hand, on LinkedIn, to present our products. We only approach professionals in Switzerland and do not use private addresses.
Source: your profile is flagged to us by a business contact database (Apollo, United States), not by you directly. Data: your name, company, role and, as the case may be, your LinkedIn profile or professional email address. If you reply, we use your reply to answer you; an AI model (see "Artificial intelligence") may prepare a draft, which we review and send ourselves.
You may refuse to be contacted or ask for your data to be erased at any time: write to support@thinqbase.com or simply reply to the message. We do not insist. After a refusal or an erasure request, we keep only an unreadable fingerprint of your profile, solely so as not to contact you again. If you do not engage, your data is deleted after a limited period.
For your other rights (access, rectification, objection) and to lodge a complaint with the Swiss FDPIC, see "Your rights".
We only use strictly necessary technical storage (session, language, theme). No advertising cookies are used.
Data is kept as long as needed for the purposes above and then deleted, subject to statutory retention duties (notably 10 years for accounting records).
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures: encrypted connections, strict access control and per-customer data separation.
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing. Contact us via the contact form. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swiss FDPIC or your EU supervisory authority.
